It takes a couple that is committed, and maybe a little brave, to begin the process of couples counseling.I create a safe and supportive space where couples can learn to better communicate and end the negative patterns that create tension and conflict. I have an objective and direct approach, where everyone's perspective is considered and validated.
Mindfulness training is for clients that have an interest in learning to manage stress and anxiety, or perhaps to just feel more engaged with life and less distracted. Training is structured and based on classic Mindfulness Based Stress Reductions principles. Sessions include education, practice and processing. This is a lifestyle change, so you'll probably get homework.
I have worked with immigration lawyers across Southeast Wisconsin in assessing and providing forensic reports clients involved in pending immigration cases. I am trained in providing forensic reports for refugee and asylum cases and am committed to supporting our immigrant community.
